Alisha's about to throw the first round of hops in to the wortYah it’s official, we’re homebrews. I’m trying to figure what’s more addicting, drinking beer or making it. With the combination of different grains and hops, not to mention all the food ingredients like fruits and spices, the outcome can be both diverse and rewarding. The process seems so innate yet creative. I think my love for brewing has something to do with all the pizza dough I’ve make in the past. There’s something about working with wheat and yeast that is just fascinating.
