Yah it’s official, we’re homebrews. I’m trying to figure what’s more addicting, drinking beer or making it. With the combination of different grains and hops, not to mention all the food ingredients like fruits and spices, the outcome can be both diverse and rewarding. The process seems so innate yet creative. I think my love for brewing has something to do with all the pizza dough I’ve make in the past. There’s something about working with wheat and yeast that is just fascinating.

With that begin said, HopSonic is gearing our show on Wednesday Sept 15 towards homebrewing. For all you listeners out there that brew at home and for all of you that are considering brewing, tune in becuase we have a few things up our sleeve.
